Darling Bitches

I'm not finished with my Darling Diva polishes yet! Here's one that I got as a bonus in a big order - I probably wouldn't have ordered it myself, but I was still totally pulled in by it. Yes, it's pink. It has lots of glitter. It even has little butterflies. My daughter wore it before I did, but eventually the day came when I needed to perk life up with this girly, hot mess as well. This is Bitches Have Birthdays.

There's never any sun in this country anymore, but I think these photos are perfectly illustrative anyway. This is three coats of Bitches Have Birthdays alone. There's a slight jellyish effect, but the glitters distract enought to make the visible nail line less obvious. If you still aren't comfortable with any see-through effect, one coat over your favourite Barbie pink is just as nice, but obviously three coats will render more glitters! The butterfly outcome is great, you don't have to fish for them at all and they sometimes even come out two at a time. I even put some of them back in the bottle because I wanted less.

This polish is a little thick since the butterflies are rather heavy, but in exchange they don't sink to the bottom of the bottle, and despite the thickness, I didn't have any problems with application. Also, one coat of topcoat is fully sufficient to even out the surface.

This polish is not very heavy metal at all, but still adorable when you feel like it.
