I used to do that...and then I knocked them over one time. And that was the end of that. :p

Smart idea, but might not be for me, I get clumsy sometimes. I accidentally spilled nail polish remover on a wooden table once.
I'm too new to this to ever having had to decant polish but it definitely looks like a neat trick, thanks for the tip!
Oh yes,it's not an option to lose a single drop of nail polish :-)
