My first Alessandro...

...was this one. I havent found any name anywhere on the bottle, only a number, and it's 257. Apparently it's called Poison Green, and is from a limited edition collection called Vamp- thanks for the clarification, headtofoot! I have no good photos, so I give you a gazillion lousy ones instead. Also, since I have worked both my jobs today, I have no brains this late in the evening, and no witty comments either.

First, let's check out some bottle squares...

Ahhh...

Aaahhh...

Don't they look promising?!

I did one coat over my recent Obsessive Compulsive Cosmetics Blackboard manicure.

There you go. Alessandro 257. Awesomeness in a bottle.

Swedish word of the night:
arbete -noun work
Because I feel like I do nothing but that right now.

  4. wonderful! There is another shade like this, also with flakies, thats the 259. They were both from a Limited Edition called "Vamp".
    And they also have names!

    257 is "Poison Green"
259 is "Midnight Hour" (the same texture, the base colour is blueish and it has purple flakies)

    Best wishes xxx

  5. headtofoot: Wow, thank you so much for the information, I'll update this post asap! But did you really have to tell me about the 259 one, now I want it damn it! Haha! Unseen and all...

  6. I definitely second the rec for Midnight Hour! It's a super pretty dark muted shimmery grey-purple-blue with bright red-purple flakies. Extremely pretty!

  9. Wow! New to your blog & am loving it! Thanks for another gorgeous polish to add to my wish list! Since this is vhtf, I hope Sephora ($OPI)'s 212 is close? Maybe???

  10. Creative Child: Hi and welcome! :) Unfortunately, I'll have to disappoint you - the two polishes aren't much alike, except for containing flakies. The flakies are differently colored, and 212 contains some glitter as well. I hope you're lucky finding whichever one you're going for! :)
