Smitten with Green ...sleeves?

Now that Christmas is over, and I finally have some time off from work, I thought I'd get in the spirit and show you one of the special Christmas polishes I got a few weeks ago. It is from Smitten Polish, and is part of a rather large Holiday collection for an indie brand. Here's Greensleeves.

This is one thin coat of Greensleeves over Barry M Racing Green. It's packed with particles, so when used for layering, the outcome is abundant. The base is a bit more on the sheer side though, but all the different flecks in this holly green are gorgeous.

This product was purchased with own funds.

Swedish word of the day:
ärm -noun sleeve
I have no idea how that relates to this polish.

  1. It has absolutely nothing to do with the polish (looks awesome by the way), but Greensleeves is a old english song

  5. Very pretty!!
Greensleeves is a song which lyrics contain a lot of "nature words". This and that it's green perhaps explains the name...?

  9. Greensleeves also has some alternate lyrics and is a Christmas carol, at least in the US. =)
